What are the stands made of?
Recycled-content PLA, a plant-based material that's sturdy, low-odour and wipe-clean. The bowls are food-grade stainless steel.
How does personalisation work?
Your dog's name is built into the print itself, not a sticker or engraving added later. Choose your name and stand colour on the product page.
How long until it arrives?
We print to order, so allow 3–5 business days to make your piece, plus tracked shipping time. Personalised orders may take slightly longer.
Which size should I choose?
See our Sizing Guide. In short, match the bowl height to your dog's chest, and when in doubt, send us their breed and shoulder height and we'll recommend one.
Is raised feeding right for every dog?
Many dogs are more comfortable eating from a raised bowl, especially seniors and long-backed breeds. It isn't essential for every dog, and if yours has a specific health condition it's worth checking with your vet first.
Can I put the stand in the dishwasher?
The bowls, yes. The printed stand, no — just wipe it down. See Care & Cleaning.
