Pets can be fussy. If yours won't drink from the Fountain within 30 days of delivery, send it back and we'll refund you.
- Send us a message with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
- Pack the Fountain with all its parts and send it back.
- Once it arrives, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
Filters
Unused, sealed filter packs can be returned within 30 days. Opened filters can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or faulty?
If anything arrives damaged or stops working, contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll replace or refund it.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are never affected by this policy. Our guarantee is in addition to them.
