Every Bowl Haus stand is printed to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for us to make your piece before it ships. Personalised orders may take a day or two longer.

- You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Returns & exchanges
We want you and your dog to love it. If something isn't right, get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out a return or exchange.
A note on personalised items
Because custom-named pieces are printed just for you, we can't accept returns on personalised orders unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If anything's wrong with your order, email us a photo and we'll make it right.
Faulty or damaged on arrival? That's on us — we'll replace it or refund you in full.
